Issues and current legislation:

National Healthcare Bill:  Keep your Senators and Representatives on notice that "Obamacare" is a threat to freedom in America, detrimental to the economy and nothing more than a power-grab that will only impose heavier taxes on an already burdened working class while actually destroying the quality of the finest health-care in the world.  Ask your representatives to work to rescind this burdensome monstrosity before the full extent of it's potential damage is done.  If "Obamacare" is such a fine piece of legislation, why have those in government been exempted from it?

The relationship and trust between doctor and patient should be a sacred partnership.  Health-care should be no business of the federal government or any appointed bureaucrat.  No health-care law should violate or infringe upon the Constitution of the United States and our freedoms as Americans!

H.Res 615: Call on Members of Congress to Enroll in the Public Option This is a resolution asking Members of Congress to put their “money where their mouth is” and call for Members who support a public option lead by example and be required to enroll in the public option themselves.  If a Member is willing to vote for such an option, why shouldn’t they enroll in it? Kansas Health Care Freedom Amendment:
The Kansas State Senate is currently considering a resolution (SCR-1626) to guarantee the right of Kansas to choose for themselves their own health care options.  This measure would help to keep the federal government from intruding into the health care of Kansans.  Impress upon your Senator that the Federal Government is limited by the Constitution and only holds a few very specific rights and all others are guaranteed to the people and/or the states.
